June 12, 2017 - Day #11 Strength in Numbers
June 12, 2017 Day 11 of our vacation and this is the point where the adults need a vacation from the vacation. A kids free vacation is what I'm going to recommend for the next trip. Anyways...enough venting. This morning we left at 8am to head to the North Shore. We stopped by McDonalds for bathroom breaks which only cost us $50. We were in Haleiwa and went to Waimea Bay Beach Park. At 10am, the parking lot was full. After dropping off the passengers and beach gear, we circled around for awhile to find parking. It was actually a retreat to sit in the car by myself; I was dry from the frequent pouring rain and had time to regain my sanity. I scored a great parking spot and made my way to the group. The teenagers didn't want to swim. This beach is famous for it's cliff diving but no one was interested. Ben and Vincent both sat in the cars.
